摘要
母子公司企业文化建设不外于三种模式:吸纳式;渗透式;分离式。处理母子公司企业文化建设的关系应遵循渗透式的“和而不同”的原则,集团公司的文化应具有总体规定性、导向性和包容性,主要在企业使命、基本价值观进行统一规范要求,所属公司的文化应具有服从性,不能离开母公司文化的主线,但同时要有创新性和多样性。
The culture construction of parent and subsidiary companies includes three patterns: absorption, infiltration and separation. The principle of "unity in diversity" should be followed in the course of dealing with the relationship of constructing parent and subsidiary companies' culture. The culture of parent company shows the features of overall stipulation, the guidance and capacity, mainly in the enterprise mission and the basic values, while the culture of subsidiary company shows obedience, but also the innovation and the multiplicity.
