高效液相色谱法分析胺胺黄隆

Analysis of the Mixture of Ethametsulfuron and Acetochlor by HPLC

本文采用高效液相色谱法，选用ＳｐｈｅｒｉｓｏｂＣ（１８）柱，在适宜条件下对胺苯黄隆、乙草胺进行一次性分离。该法的变异系数按胺苯黄隆、乙草胺分别为０．４７％、０．２５％，回收率分别为９８．８７～１００．１％、９８．１～９９．７％。

A quantitative analysis method was established for two active ingredients of ethametsulfuron and acetochlor in the mixture composed of them by HPLC. By selecting Spherisob C(18) for chromatographic column . the results indicated that for ethametsulfuron the coefficient of variation was 0. 47% and the recovery was 98.87～100.1%,for acetochlor the coefficient of variation was 0. 25% and the recovery was 98.1～99.7%.
