摘要
用硬度测量法研究了两种浇注聚氨酯弹性体的固化反应动力学,线性回归计算了固化反应级数、速率常数、最终硬度及反应活化能,说明了测定和处理方法。结果表明,反应级数随固化反应温度的增高而增大,产物最终硬度与团化温度有关,不同的固化体系反应活化能有很大的差别。由此可见,这类浇注聚氨酯弹性体的固化反应可能是若干复杂反应的综合过程。
The curing kinetics of two cast polyurethane elastomer systems have been studied by durometer. Measurement and calculation are described to obtain cure reaction order n,rate constant kand hardness at infinite cure H in the light of linear regression. The calculation of activation energy for the reactions is also presented. The Iesults show that reaction order and rate constantincrease as the temperatures of cure reaction increase. The maximum hardness of the elastomersdepends on cure temperature. In addition,the activation energy of the polyurethane systems withdlfferent cure agents differ greatly. Therefore, it is inferred that the cure reactions of thesepolyurethanes are a complex varlety of process.
