摘要
客运营销绩效评价是铁路运输企业提高客运市场占有率的重要途径,但目前铁路采用的评价方法有其局限性。本文通过对各种评价方法的分析和探讨,提出了一种新的算法。该算法综合运用主成分分析法和层次分析法,从定性和定量相结合的角度建立了客运营销绩效评价的数学模型。
Performance appraisal in railway passenger transportation marketing is an important way for railway transportation enterprise to improve its possession percentage of passenger market, but the method using now in railway is not scientific. This thesis discusses a new method about performance appraisal in railway passenger transportation marketing. This method sets up the mathematical matrix of performance appraisal through means of main component and means of layer analysis.
