摘要
以提高实际过程控制系统的安全性和稳定性为出发点,本文提出了一种基于专家系统的控制器可实时重构的容错控制系统,该容错控制系统主要由动态数据库、基本控制器结构库。
In order to improve the safety and steability of the practice process control system, a fault tolerant control system is presented, which is based on the real time expert system. The whole system is compased of dynamic data base, basic controller structure base, fault model base, and inference mechanism. The system is successfully applied to the reaction procecs of the synthesist of acetic acid and ethulene. The running results show that the paper has given a valnable method for improving the reliability of the industrial control processes.
