摘要
研究了新型催化剂MC-3存在下环氧丙烷与CO2合成碳酸丙烯酯的反应。应用均匀设计法对实验进行优化,确定了合成碳酸丙烯酯的最佳工艺条件,即反应温度135℃,压力3.0MPa,催化剂浓度0.001(摩尔比),搅拌转速916r/min。在此条件下催化剂活性为3.49mol环氧丙烷/mol(cat).min,碳酸丙烯酯产率大于97%。对催化反应机理也进行了探讨。
The synthesis of propylene carbonate (PC) from propylene oxide and CO2 in the presense of newMC-3 catalyst was studied. The experiments were optimized in the study by Uniform Design and theoptimum reaction conditions obtained were as follows: temperatare 135C, pressure 3. OMPa, catalystconcentration 0.0011 (mole ratio), stirring rate 916 rpm. The activity of MC-3 is 3. 49 mol/mol .min andthe yield of PC is over 97%. Its reaction mechanism was also discussed in this paper.
