摘要 研究了用硝酸催化氧化法合成对硝基苯甲酸的工艺流程,并讨论了温度、压力、催化剂等对产品收率及纯度的影响。在添加催化剂的条件下,操作温度控制在130~150℃时,产品收率可达84%,纯度为99.1%。 The processing of synthesising p-nitrobenzoic acid by nitric acid catalytic oxidation was studied. The effects of temperature, pressure and catalysts on the yields and purity of the product were discussed. In experiment, controlled operation temperature from 130℃ to 150℃, adding catalysts, 84%yields of p-nitrobenzic acid can be obtained, and the purity is 99.1%.
