摘要
稿源的质量直接关系到科技期刊的生存与发展。本文从打造自身品牌、加大宣传力度、建立激励机制、提供优质服务四个方面论述了吸引作者并获取优质稿源的可行性。
The quality of contributions decides the survival and development of a sci-tech journal. This paper discusses the feasibility of attracting contributors and obtaining quality contributions by means of four measures, which are to build up brand, to strengthen publicity work, to introduce an excitation mechanism, and to provide quality services.
