摘要
传统的稿件处理和管理系统由手工完成,不利于工作效率的提高和管理水平的提升。随着网络化建设的不断推进,编辑部与外界的网上交流日益增多。如何高效、快速地处理大量的电子函件,已成为编辑部迫切需要解决的问题。本文介绍了适用于本编辑部稿件处理的稿件管理系统。
Traditional processing and management of contributions in journals are done by humans, which proves to be an obstacle for working efficiency. With the growth of networking construction, the communication between the editorial department and contributors is increasingly through network, and consequently how to process the huge number of e-mails quickly has turned into an urgent problem. This paper introduces the electronic system for the processing of contributions in the editorial department.
