摘要
分析了目前科技期刊审稿过程中存在的种种问题及这些问题对科技期刊健康发展的危害,提出了责任编辑应当采取的正确态度和对策,目的是使科技期刊真正成为维护学术公正的一个开放性平台,以促进科技事业的发展。
This paper analyzes the problems with the reviewing and evaluation of contributions for sci-tech journals and the resultant damage to the healthy growth of the journals. It proposes that managing editors should adopt a correct attitude and take necessary measures so that sci-tech journals would grow into a model in safeguarding academic fairness and promoting sci-tech development.
