摘要
针对传统PID配料控制系统精度不高的问题,提出了一种基于蚁群算法PID参数优化控制方法,将蚁群算法能快速稳定找到最优参数解的特点与PID精确调节的特点有机结合起来。在简要介绍蚁群算法原理的基础上,描述了蚁群算法PID参数优化方法,并给出了新算法的具体实现步骤。仿真应用研究表明,该方法比传统的PID控制有更强的灵活性、适应性和鲁棒性,能有效提高系统配料精度,进而验证了该方案的可行性和有效性。
In response to low precision problem with old fashion PID proportioning system, this paper puts forward a PID parameter optimal control way based on ant colony algorithm, combining beth predominance of fast finding out optimal parameter of ant colony algorithm and PID precision adjustment. On the basis of a brief introduction to principle of ant colony algorithm, it expotmds this method with every procedure being given. The simulating results show that it can improve the precision of proportioning, being more flexible, adaptable and robust than old fashion PID control.
