摘要
为了实现起重机焊接结构产品基于STEP中性文件的产品数据交换和信息集成,提出了起重机焊接结构产品的STEP应用协议的应用活动模型(AAM)、应用参考模型(ARM)和应用解释模型(AIM),开发了STEP中性文件的前后处理器和构件材料、工艺、精度信息添加模块。给出了应用实例。论文的工作为STEP标准在起重机制造行业的推广应用作了有益的探索。
The paper presents Application Activity Model (AAM), Application Reference Model (ARM), and Application Interpreted Model (AIM) of STEP application protocol for crane welded structure products to implement the products data exchange and information integration based on STEP neutral files. It also introduces the preprocessor, postprocessor for STEP neutral fries and the adding module for material, welding processes and tolerance information. It is a better reference to application of STEP standard to crane manufacture industry.
