摘要
研究了采用JL-G01改性剂改性处理后的碳酸钙在聚氯乙烯(PVC)涂层织物中的应用情况。研究结果表明,这种改性碳酸钙能够改善聚氯乙烯糊树脂配混料体系的相容性,在与普通重钙同等使用量的情况下,能够获得比较低的粘度,增强与聚酯基布的粘合作用,可以减少粘接剂的用量,同时能够改善涂层材料的手感,在增加40%使用量的情况下,对材料的加工性能、物理机械性能、热焊接性能没有不利的影响。
This application of the calcium carbonate modified by JL-G01 modifier in PVC Coated Fabrics was studied. The results shows that this kind of modified calcium carbonate can improve the compatibility of mixture system of the polyvinyl-chloride besin. In the case of using same quantity heavy calcium carbonate, it will lower the adhesive capacity, increase the adhesive action with polyester fabrics, decrease the dosage of adhesives correspondingly and improve the coated materials feeling of touching. It will not affect material processability, physical mechanical properties and welding capacity by increasing 40% amount.
