Design of Injection Mould for Multi-path Elbow

通过对多路弯头工艺的分析,设计了一模一腔的注射模具。详细地叙述了模具成型零件的设计、液压侧抽芯机构、浇注系统和其它结构的设计过程以及模具工作过程。

A set of mould with one module and one cavity was designed by means of the analysis of the technology of multi-path elbow. The design of its molding part, hydraulic pressure side core-pulling mechanism, injection system and other make-up of the mould, as well as the working process of the mould, were specified in detail.
