摘要
发生腐蚀的热镀锌板表面形貌具有分形特征,不同分形维数可以反映其不同的腐蚀程度。针对热镀锌板非均匀腐蚀界面提出了区域分形的概念,给出了区域分形维数的计算方法,对三种典型腐蚀程度的热镀锌板腐蚀形貌进行区域分形分析,并将区域分形维数数值与整体分形维数数值进行了比较。结果表明,上述方法可以较好地描述不同腐蚀程度下热镀锌板腐蚀界面的非均匀形貌特征。
The concept of block-fractal was put forward for the study of non-uniform corroded interface of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. Thus the method to calculate the block-fractal dimensions was established. Three typical types of corroded morphologies of the hot-dip galvanized steel sheets were analyzed using the established method, and the results based on the block-fractal method were compared with those based on whole-fractal method. It was found that the corroded morphologies of the hot-dip galvanized steel were characteristic of fractal. It could be feasible to use different fractal dimensions to reflect different corrosion degrees of the galvanized steel, and the non-linear characteristics of the corroded appearance of the hot-dip galvanized steel subject to corrosion of varied degrees could be well described using the block-fractal method.
