摘要 为了解决固化涂料在户外应用一段时间后,表面容易形成雨痕或不易清洗的油污等问题,通过在涂料中加入有光催化效果的纳米TiO2,制得一种具有亲水和微粉化效果的有自清洁作用的涂料。将加有光催化剂的漆膜在20W紫外灯下照射一定时间后,用接触角测定仪测得其接触角由78.9°变为39.6°。证明漆膜在经过紫外照射后变得亲水,有自清洁作用;并且在经过2000h紫外老化和15个月的室外曝晒试验后,通过红外谱图分析及漆膜表面色差分析可知,漆膜有微粉化效果且具有良好的自清洁作用。 A fluorocarbon (FC) coating with self-cleaning and micro-pulverization effects was prepared by introducing nanometer TiO_2 of photo catalytic effect into the coating matrix, which was aiming to get rid of hard-to-clean rain print and oily smut generated on the coating surface during extended outdoor service. The effect of aging with ultraviolet irradiation and outdoor insolating on the hydrophilicity and self-cleaning function of the coating was investigated. It was found that the water contact angle of the FC coating doped with nanometer TiO_ 2 was greatly decreased from 78.9° to 39.6° after irradiation with a 20 W ultraviolet lamp for a certain period of time, indicating that the hydrophicility of the coating was obviously increased after irradiation by ultraviolet. Moreover, the FC coating doped with nanometer TiO_ 2 showed good self-cleaning and micro-pulverization effects even after aging with ultraviolet irradiation for 2 000 h and outdoor insolating for 15 months, which could be verified by the corresponding infrared spectroscopic analysis and color observation of the coating.
