电弧喷涂技术在转炉烟罩水冷壁防护上的应用

摘要 分析了转炉烟罩水冷壁的工况和漏水原因。根据其磨损、腐蚀、烧蚀、开裂等故障现象,应用电弧喷涂技术和适合的喷涂材料,先对烟罩水冷壁进行喷砂预处理,然后喷涂打底过渡层Al5Ni950.05~0.10mm、工作涂层KBF30.20~0.40mm,最后进行封孔处理。结果表明,在梅山炼钢厂转炉烟罩水冷壁表面喷涂保护涂层,减少了水冷壁表面的开裂、漏水,延长了其使用寿命。 The working conditions and the causes leading to leakage of membrane water wall of gas hood for converter were analyzed. In connection with the common faults such as wear, corrosion, and crack of the membrane water wall, it was determined to apply suitable spraying materials and technology to get rid of the faults. Thus the membrane water wall was pretreated by sand blasting. Then an intermediate Al5Ni95 coating and working coating KBF3 were sprayed. Finally, the sprayed coatings were subject to airproof treatment. The membrane water walls after the above-mentioned surface modifications were used to the converter gas hood in Meishan Steelmaking Mill. Encouragingly, the crack and leakage phenomena of the membrane water wall in field test were significantly restrained, which could be critical to extending the service lifespan of the converter gas hood.
