热回收炼焦技术采用炼焦负压操作和热回收工艺,炼焦产生的焦炉煤气、化学产品和有害物质在焦炉内充分燃烧,从生产工艺上制止了炼焦烟尘外泄,杜绝了污水的产生。污染物的排放远远低于国家标准,保护了环境和人民健康,实现了炼焦行业的清洁生产。
The heat-recovery coking technology adopts negative pressure and heat-recovery coking process, and coke oven gas, chemical products and harmful substance produced from coking are burned thoroughly in coke oven, which prevents coking fume from discharging to atmosphere in production technology, and wastewater from producing. The pollutant emission is much lower than the national standard, so that the environment and public health can be protected, and the clean production of coking industry can be realized.
