论外部性与长三角区域环境保护

Discuss on the Externality and Tradegies of the Environment Protection in the Yangtze River Delta'Area

随着长三角地区经济高速增长,环境问题日趋突出。本文通过对外部性理论阐述,揭示外部性的存在是环境问题产生的根源;并分析了解决外部性问题的两类环境经济手段——庇古手段和科斯手段,最后提出长三角区域环境保护策略。

With the rapid development of the economy in the Yangtze River Delta＇ Area, but environment pollution is more and more serious. By explaininfg the theory of externality, the paper argues that the existence of externality leads to the environment protection, and analyzes the two methods to solve the problem Pigou method and Coase method, and finally, points out tradegies of protecting environment in the Yangtze River Delta＇ Area.
