企业是一个有机的生命体,企业活力是企业竞争力的重要体现。保持并加强企业活力是企业生存、成长和再生的重要途径。本文用价值链管理的相关理论解释企业在知识经济客户个性化和多样化的背景下,企业如何保持、加强和巩固其竞争优势,实现企业自我发展、自我完善的最高境界。
Corporation is an organic life body, corporation vitality is important facet. Keeping and strengthening the corporation vitality is an important channel of subsistence, development and regeneration. This article uses the relative theory of value chain management to explain corporation how to keep, strengthen and consolidation its competitive status in the background of knowledge economy which customer is personal and diversified, realize its self-development and self-improvement.
