随着信息技术的飞速发展,IT服务成为IT行业新的利润增长点和市场热点,IT服务管理的重要性日益凸现出来。本文介绍了IT服务管理以及其理论规范——ITIL规范,分析了IT服务管理的五大关键流程及其关联关系,阐述了其在中国蓬勃兴起的现状和提出推广时应注意的一些问题。
With the rapid development of information and technology, the IT service management is growing more important. This 'article introduces the IT service management (ITSM) as well as its theory standard ITIL, and then analyzes the five key procedure of ITSM, points out its current situation in China and some problems needing attention in the course of practicing ITSM.
