摘要
本文采用了醇醚磷酸单酯(MAP)与几种常用非离子表面活性剂进行复配,研制出性能良好的混合办公废纸中性脱墨剂TM。实验结果显示,当MAP、AEO-9、Tween-80以1∶1∶1的质量比复配后用于办公废纸脱墨,脱墨剂用量为0.5%时,通过优化实验,脱墨浆的白度增加7.8%ISO,脱墨率达到80.17%的效果。
In this paper, the deinking properties of MAP and several common nonionic surfactants were studied on neutral deinking of MOW. The deinking agent TM synthesized is a good deinking agent. It was shown that when the ratio of MAP to AEO - 9 and Tween - 80 was 1 ： 1： 1, the dosages of deinking agent was 0.5 % , the brightness of the pulp can be increased by 7.8% ISO, and the ink removal rate can be up to 80.17%.
