摘要
对氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶ＣＳＭ－４０和ＣＳＭ－２０并用体系制做离心式渣浆泵叶轮进行了研制。介绍了胶料的配方设计、粘合剂的选择、金属骨架的表面处理以及硫化工艺。制做的叶轮实际使用寿命达７８０小时以上，节约检修费用约３０％。
Using blend of CSM-40 with CSM-20 to manufacture vane wheel of pump is studied and the farmula design of compound,selection of bonding agent, surface treatment of the metal case and curing techmology are reviewed practical use has proved that the service life can reach more than 780h and also save 30 % of maintenance expense.
