摘要
该文利用F luent商业软件,采用Eu lerian多相流模型和湍流模式,对带孔螺旋管内油水两相流的流场和分离情况进行了数值模拟,计算了不同流速和不同油水配比工况下的油水组分、各相速度、相含率、各相流量等重要性能参数的变化和分布情况,所得数据与实验结果吻合较好。本文的数值模拟可为带孔螺旋管参数选择和优化设计提供参考。
The flow field and separation of oil-water two-phase flow in a helical tube with holes are simulated numerically in this paper by using the commercial software Fluent. The primary parameters under conditions of various flow rates and oilwater mixture ratios are calculated and agree well with the experimental data. The design of helical tube can be based on the results of numerical simulation in this paper.
