摘要
采用N d:YAP激光(波长1 341 nm,输出功率10W)和LD激光(波长670 nm,输出功率800 mW)辐照亚心形扁藻,辐照时间分别为45、50、55、60 s和20、30、40、50 m in.结果说明:对不同波长的激光,只要选择适当的剂量,均可使藻细胞的生长速率发生变化,而在本实验中以N d:YAP激光(1 341 nm)辐照55s,LD激光(670 nm)辐照20 m in效果最好.
Nd: YAP laser ( 1 341 nm, 10 W) , and LD laser (670 nm, 800 mW) were used to irradiate the Flatymonas subcordiformis the irradiation time are 45, 50, 55, 60 sec for Nd. YAP laser and 20, 30, 40, 50 min for LD laser, respectively. The result of the experiment shows that for different wavelength of laser, as long as choose the proper dose, the growth speed of the algae cells can be changed. The optimum parameters in the experiment are 55 sec for Nd. YAP laser in 1 341 nm and 20 min for LD laser in 670 nm.
