摘要
通过对LY12铝合金进行实验室盐雾、湿热、干燥以及浸渍的循环复合加速腐蚀试验,对比研究了(NH4)2SO4、NaHSO3、(NH4)2SO4和NaHSO3浸渍溶液对LY12铝合金腐蚀的影响。探索与海南万宁试验站LY12铝合金材料的环境试验腐蚀规律相近的加速模拟试验方法,进行相关性分析。分析结果表明,浸渍溶液为10-2 mol/L NaHSO3(pH约为5.47)的加速试验结果与环境试验腐蚀规律相近。
The accelerated corrosion simulation test of LY12 alloy was carried out. The samples were salt sprayed,wet-heated, dried and then dipped in(NH4)2SO4, NariSO3, (NH4)2SO4 and NariSO3 solution separately. The analytical results indicated that the testing method of dipping in NariSO3 solution was the most similar to the environment testing corrosion of LY12 alloy obtained from Hainai Wanning testing station.The interrelation study was carried out.
