转型期农村干群矛盾的历史分期研究

Study on the Different Historical Stages of the Contradictions Between Masses and Cadres in Rural China During the Social Transformation

改革开放以来,中国社会进入了剧烈的转型期。由于社会转型、经济转轨,各种体制不配套,导致农村干群矛盾的发展、变化都呈现出阶段性特点。在不同的阶段,乡村干部与村民之间的矛盾都呈现出新的表现形式和特点。因此,只有科学地分析和界定转型期农村干群矛盾的历史分期问题,才能根据不同阶段干群矛盾的不同特点,采取不同的方法来化解农村干群矛盾,改善干群关系,促进社会稳定和发展。

China has been in the hard social transformation since the reform and opening up. Due to the social and economic transformation, all the systems are not consistent with one another, which causes the relationship between masses and cadres getting more and more solely characteristics in the different times. At the different stages the contradictions between masses and cadres present new models and features. So only by reasonable analysis and classification on the historical stages of the contradictions between them, can they be solved properly in different methods according to the different features at the different stages in order to improve the relationship between them and promote the social stability and development .
