摘要
通过对知识与企业核心竞争的关系以及知识管理的内涵分析,剖析了传统知识管理激励机制,探讨了组织理论对知识管理概念的贡献;对传统知识管理激励机制与学习型组织知识管理激励机制进行了比较研究,揭示了学习型组织理论通过人本管理思想、改善组织结构、构建和谐企业文化等举措,实现了组织的知识管理激励机制的创新。
Through expounding the relationship between the core competence and the knowledge, as well as the connotation of the knowledge management, the traditional knowledge management on the incentive mechanism for the transformation of the tacit and explicit knowledge was explored. Moreover, the comparisons of the knowledge management between the traditional incentives and the learning organization, uncover the innovation of the learning organization by means of the people-oriented managing idea, improvement in organization structure and construction of harmonious enterprise culture.
