无意识教育是大学思想政治教育的一种重要方式,它具有目的隐蔽、方法间接、主体参与的平等性和愉悦性强四个突出特点。其具体形式主要包括:榜样教育、环境教育、先进校园文化教育、健康有益活动教育。充分发挥无意识教育的育人功能,加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作。

Unconscious education is an important method of ideological and ethical education in the university. It has four characteristics ： the concealment of the purpose, the indirection of the methods, the equality of main body participation and the intensity of joviality. It includes the following forms ： model education, environmental education, advanced campus culture construction, exuberant and beneficial movements. To exert the function of unconscious education adequately, the ideological and ethical education in university can be carried out well.
