电子陶瓷专用高纯超微细SiO_2粉体制备的开发研究 被引量:3

摘要 用硅酸钠水溶液作原料,在分散剂存在条件下常温快速制备了符合电子陶瓷专用的高纯超微细SiO2粉体材料,并对废滤液进行了循环使用。文中对整个工艺过程进行了详细地理论探讨。对影响产品质量的各种因素,如原料浓度、反应体系的酸碱度、反应时间、干燥及煅烧温度、时间等进行了研究,得到了较佳的工艺条件,并放大到公斤级,效果仍然良好。 High purity ultrafine SiO 2 powder material specially used for electronic ceramic industry was rapidly prepared at the ambient temperature by using sodium silicate water solution as raw material and in the presence of dispersant.The waste filtrate was circulated and reused.The entire process was theoretically discussed in detail.Various factors affecting the product quality,such as concentration of raw material,acidity and alkalinity of reaction system,reaction time,drying and roasting temperature and time,etc.were investigated.More optimal process conditions were obtained and scale up was made to a degree of kilogram,the results being still satisfactory.
