云浮发电厂4号锅炉过热器二级减温器弯头背弧扁平分析与安全性评价

摘要 云浮发电厂4号锅炉过热器二级减温器弯头背弧出现扁平现象,为确保安全生产,对二级减温器管道系统进行了结构应力分析与安全性评价,通过对管道弯头进行壁厚校核及强度校核,分析推断出弯头变扁的原因是弯头加工工艺不佳。对该管道系统进行监视运行一年以来,相对胀量稳定,运行状况良好。 Aiming at the compressed elbow back of secondary desuperheater for Unit 4 boiler superheater in Yunfu Power Plant, structural stress analysis and safety evaluation were made on the pipe system of the secondary desuperheater to ensure operation security. Through wall thickness and strength check on the elbows, the poor quality of the elbows was deemed to be the cause of the problem. Since the adoption of corresponding treating measures, the pipe system has been operating smoothly with steady relative expansion.
