摘要 针对近年来大量超高压、高参数和大容量电力设备投入运行,对电力用油运行维护要求越来越高,许多运行年久的电力设备面临绝缘老化等问题,从油务监督管理的主要依据和环节、新油购买和验收、运行油质量监督、新技术开发与应用以及油务监督技术管理等方面,阐述了如何加强油务监督管理工作,并提出了一些建议。 In recent years, a large number of power apparatus with super-high voltage, high parameters and large capacity have been put into operation, which sets stricter requirements on the quality, supervision and maintenance of oil used in electric power industry. Meanwhile, many old power equipments are confronted with problems such as insulation aging. Therefore, this paper expounds how to strengthen oil supervision and management in terms of the main basis and links of oil supervision, purchase and acceptance check of new oil, quality supervision of oil in operation, development and application of new techniques as well as technical management of oil supervision.
