摘要
合成了季磷盐杀菌剂十二烷基三苯基溴化磷,优化了其合成条件,并采用红外光谱法对产品进行了鉴定。通过API RP-38杀菌实验表明:新型季磷盐对SRB细菌具有很强的杀菌能力,最低杀菌浓度为30mg/L。
The phosphonium bactericide dodecyl triphenyl phosphonium bromide has been synthesized. The synthetic conditions of the products were optimized and its structures were identified by infrared spectrometry, By API RP - 38 standard test method, it shows that the bactericide has high bactericidal efficiency on SRB. The minimum bactericidal concentration is 30mg/L.
