摘要
论述了对企业家实行物质激励与非物质激励相结合的必要性,并利用模糊优化理论,分析了所有者以最小的激励成本获得对企业家最大激励效应的动态优化组合条件。
The necessity of realizing the combination of material incentive and non-material incentive for entrepreneur is discussed and the conditions of dynamic optimum combination with which the entrepreneur can gain maximum incentive effect with the minimum incentive costs are analyzed by means of fuzzy optimal theory.
