摘要
本文对绿色江苏建设中实施生态调节税费政策难点描述的基础上,运用碳平衡理论提出了解决措施。对江苏实施在生态调节税费政策的征收补偿对象、征收补偿标准、税率以及征收环节等进行了具体的设计。
Based on the description of crux of of ecological adjusted policy in green Jiangsu construction. Using the theory of carbon balance, this paper designs the tax object and compensation object, tax standard and compensation standard, the tax or compensation rate and the tax or compensation stage, etc.
