原发性高血压患者RV_6>RV_5的临床探讨

Clinical Significance of RV_6>RV_5 to Essential Hypertension

目的:探讨原发性高血压患者RV6>RV5的临床意义。方法:比较RV6>RV5原发性高血压患者30例(观察组)和同期RV6<RV5且RV5+SV1<4mV的原发性高血压患者30例(对照组)LVEDd,LVST,PWT,LAD,E/A,LVEF值。结果:与对照组比较,观察组LVEDd,LVST,PWT,LAD值增高,E/A值降低,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:原发性高血压患者RV6>RV5提示原发性高血压合并左心室肥大;左心室舒张功能降低。

Objective：To discuss the clinical importance of RV6 〉RV5 change to essential hypertension. Methods. 30 cases of essential hypertension with RV6 〉RV5 were chosen as observation group another 30 with RV6〉RV5 and RV5 ＋SV1〉4mV as contrast group in same period, and the values of LVEDd, LVST, PWT, LAD, E/A and LVEF in the two groups were compared each other. Results： The LVEDd, LVST, PWT and LAD values of observation group was increased, E/A value decreased in comparison with that of contrast group, and the differences were significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion.Essential hypertension with RV6 〉RV5 promotes that the patients has developed disturbance of dia.stolic function of left ventricle and left ventricular hypertrophy.
