摘要
本文简述了印版上墨时水墨平衡对网点增大的影响,以及网点从印版转移到橡皮布,从橡皮布到承印物的传递过程中网点增大情况。为了监控网点增大,本文建议采用密度计法测量每次网点转移时网点增大情况,然后调整工艺使网点增大控制到最小范围。
Dot was enlarged by ink-water balance when printing ink was passed down the plate and from the plate to the blanket and from the blanket to printing stock in this paper. Dot enlargement could be measured by densimeter every time when dot was transferred and controlled by adjusting printing work in order to monitor dot enlargement.
