本文研究了根霉12#固体发酵产生纤溶酶的特性,并通过SephadexG-75凝胶过滤对根霉12#纤溶酶进行分离纯化,最后用聚丙烯酰胺垂直板凝胶电泳验证纤溶酶的存在。

In this paper, we studied the characteristics of fibrinolytic enzyme produced from rhizopus Chinensis 12^# by solid fermentation. Morever, we used SephadexG- 75 to extract and purify the fibrinolytic enzyme. Finally we used the plumb plate PAGE to demonstrate the existence of fibrinolytic enzyme.
