摘要
目的:对深圳某地区市场售卖的鲜生蚝进行主要金属含量监测,查明近岸养殖水产品质量现状,以便科学制定并采取相应防治措施。方法:现场采样,实验室检测。结果:镉(Cd)超标14~50倍;铜(Cu)超标1.7~4.5倍;锌(Zn)超标8.7—15倍。结论:该地区市场售卖的蚝受金属污染可能会对人体健康造成不良影响。
Objective: To survey the metal concentration of oyster colleceted from local market in Shenzhen, so as to provide the basic information for constructing food safety policy.Method: Oyster were sampled, metal content was determinated.Result: Cadmium, exceeding the standard by 14- 50 times; Copper, exceeding the standard by 1.7-4.5 times; Zinc, exceeding the standard by 8.7 - 15 times. Conclusion: Dietary intake of contaminated oyster may cause long- term adverse health effects.
