深圳某地区生蚝金属污染状况的调查

THE INVESTIGATION OF METAL CONTAMINATION OF OYSTER IN SHENZHEN

目的：对深圳某地区市场售卖的鲜生蚝进行主要金属含量监测，查明近岸养殖水产品质量现状，以便科学制定并采取相应防治措施。方法：现场采样，实验室检测。结果：镉（Cd）超标14～50倍；铜（Cu）超标1．7～4．5倍；锌（Zn）超标8．7—15倍。结论：该地区市场售卖的蚝受金属污染可能会对人体健康造成不良影响。

Objective： To survey the metal concentration of oyster colleceted from local market in Shenzhen, so as to provide the basic information for constructing food safety policy.Method： Oyster were sampled, metal content was determinated.Result： Cadmium, exceeding the standard by 14- 50 times; Copper, exceeding the standard by 1.7-4.5 times; Zinc, exceeding the standard by 8.7 - 15 times. Conclusion： Dietary intake of contaminated oyster may cause long- term adverse health effects.
