摘要
在回顾中小学教师职业枯竭的概念及其表现的基础上,从社会、组织、个人3个方面梳理了中小学教师职业枯竭现象的成因及其对策的研究成果,并对教师职业枯竭的研究方向提出个人观点。
Based on some well-know conception and characteristics of burnout of high school-primary school and public school teachers, this article sinthesize the production of the reason and countermeasure to teachers burnout from three aspect: community, school and individual, and present individual opinion about research orientation for teachers burnout.
