摘要
在回顾中小学教师职业枯竭的概念及其表现的基础上,从社会、组织、个人3个方面梳理了中小学教师职业枯竭现象的成因及其对策的研究成果,并对教师职业枯竭的研究方向提出个人观点。
Based on some well-know conception and characteristics of burnout of high school-primary school and public school teachers, this article sinthesize the production of the reason and countermeasure to teachers burnout from three aspect： community, school and individual, and present individual opinion about research orientation for teachers burnout.
