摘要
煤系矿物的表面磁性强化是利用通常磁选设备实现高硫煤脱硫脱灰的新型关键技术。本文着重对热处理、选择性磁罩盖、氧化或还原、微波辐照预处理以及表面磁性的溶液电化学调整等方法和煤脱硫作用原理进行了综述和探讨。
For effective desulfurization and deashing of high-sulfur coal with its use of usual magnetic separation device, a surface magnetism enhancement of coal-derived minerals is a new key technology.In this paper,the methods of enhancing surface magnetism,which consist of heating treatment,selective adhesion of magnetic casing,oxidizing or reduction,pretreatment of coal-derived minerals by microwave irradiation as well as electrochemical adjustment in solution, and coal desulfurization processes of these methods are analysed and approached in detail.
