丙烯酸酯在淀粉表面原位聚合的动力学研究 被引量:7

摘要 以BPO为引发剂,研究了丙烯酸异辛酯(IA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)在木薯淀粉表面上的原位聚合反应。用溶剂抽提、盐酸长时间水解、红外光谱测定等方法证明了原位聚合中存在接枝共聚反应。考察了聚合温度、共聚单体、单体种类、单体与淀粉的配比以及乙醇、丙酮作为BPO助溶剂等因素对单体转化率、聚合速率、接枝率。 The in situ polymerization of isooctyl acrylate (IA) and butyl acrylate (BA) on cassava starch was studied. The graft copolymerization existed in the in situ polymerization by means of extraction with solvent, long time hydrolysis with chlorohydric acid and IR detection. The effects of polymerization temperature, the type of monomers, copolymer monomers, the ratio of monomer to starch, alcohol and acetone as BPOs solubilizers on monomer conversion, polymerization rate, graft ratio ( G ) and graft efficiency ( E ) were also investigated. The polymerization rate varies as the temperature increase. IA or BA respectively has the maximum G and E at certain temperature. The graft copolymerization of BA is easier than that of IA. BA has higher G and E than IA. The presence of copolymerization monomers or BPOs solubilizers can decrease E of IA or BA, and E decrease with increase of ratio of monomer to starch.
