乙炔等离子体聚合及对HDPE表面极性的改进 被引量:2

摘要 为提高非极性的聚乙烯材料表面性能,研究了乙炔在等离子体条件下在聚乙烯表面的聚合反应及其工艺影响规律,发现等离子体乙炔聚合物存在两种形态;薄膜和粉状物质,而且敏感地与工艺条件相关;沉积的乙炔薄膜可以大大地提高高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)表面极性,氢气的加入有利于聚合沉积膜与HDPE的粘附,红外光谱表明,沉积在HDPE表面的乙炔膜中含有大量的羟基和羰基。 In order to modify the surface behavior of nonpolar polyethylene material, acetylene plasma polymerization and effects between the reaction and its process conditions had been studied. The deposited substance has two kinds of form: one is thin film, the othr is powder, which was controlled by the process. The thin film could improve the surface hydrophility of HDPE greatly, and H 2 gas also increase the adhesive strength between HDPE surface and thin film. IR spectra showed that there were large quantities of -C=O and O-H group in the thin film.
