摘要
采用半连续种子乳液聚合技术合成了聚丙烯酸丁酯/聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-交联单体)共聚物乳液。
PBA/P (MMA crosslinking agent) composite latex particles were prepared by semi continous seed emulsion polymerization. The effect of emulsifiers amount added at second stage and its addition methods on composite particle morphology is studied. The results are shown as follows: if the amount of emulsifier added to seed emulsion at second stage is less than or equal to Cs (saturating capacity of emulsifier in seed emulsion), the morphology of composite particles is core shell' structure. Otherwise, few particles are of core shell' structure. However, if shell' material is pre emulsified and the addition rate is kept appropriate, composite particles are still of core shell' structure, even the amount of the emulsifier added to seed emulsion is greater than Cs.
