脱落酸和酚酸在红松种子休眠中的作用 被引量:11

THE EFFECT OF ABSCISIC ACID AND PHENOLIC COMPOUNDS ON DORMANCY IN SEED OF PINUS KORAIENSIS

摘要 应用高效液相色谱和气一质联用等分离、分析技术,研究了红松种子各部位中脱落酸和生长素以及外种皮酚酸含量在室温干藏、低温层积及10%H_2O_2消毒不同条件下的变化。结果表明,红松种子各部位高含量的脱落酸在种子休眠中起着抑制萌发的作用。 In order to study the effect of cold stratification on germination of PinusKoratensis seeds,the endogenous ABA and IAA in stratified and unstratified seeds were ex-trated,purified with HPLC and quantified with GC-MS.Results showed that the germina-tion rate of intact seedswas 2.5%,and cracking the rigid outer seed coat raised the germina-tion rate only to 7.5%.In addition to high ABA content(7109.5ng/g FW),the high levelof acidic phenolic compounds was detected in outer seed coat.The germination rate in-creased to 55% after removing the outer seed coat,and reached 62% after removing bothouter and inner seed coats.Before stratification,the ABA content(ng/g FW) was 7109.5in outer coat,12074.9 in inner coat,593. 8 in endosperm and 9143.8 in embryo,and aftercold stratiflcation of 11 weeks,it decreased to 410.1,1150.5,315.3 and 552.0 respectively. And the germination rate of the stratified seeds was 83 % after removing outer coat, and91% afler removing both outer and inner coats.The results suggest that seed dormancy ofPinus koraiensis belong to inhibition mechanism caused mainly by abscisic acid.
