摘要
测定了“灭多威”对桑蚕的触杀毒力，半致死浓度ＬＤ５０＝３９６．６８９９ｍｇ／Ｌ；毒力回归方程ｙ＝－９．９８３５２８＋５．７６６３１１ｘ；相关系数ｒ＝０．９８７０３０。“灭多威”对桑蚕的残毒期为５～７ｄ，田间喷药７ｄ后采叶喂蚕对养蚕成绩无显符影响。
Toxicity of insecticide″Mieduowel″to silkworm was tested.It showed that itsconcentrition of LD50=396．6899mg/L,its regression equation of toxicity wasv=-9．983528+5.766311x.and correlation coemcient was r＝0.987030.The researeh found that the residual time of toxicity of'Mieduowei'in silkworm was 5～7days.And feedingsilkworm 7 days after field spraying the chemical to mulberry showed no affection to co-coon production
