摘要
应用免疫双扩散和对流免疫电泳的方法对24株球孢白僵菌的免疫学性质进行了初步研究,结果发现菌株间的交叉反应校普遍,具有明显的抗原类似性。根据免疫测定结果可将供试菌株分为4个血清型,该结果与酯酶同工酶的分型基本一致。
In the present paper,preliminary immunological studies of 24 Beauveriabossiana strains were reporied by diphasic immunediffusion and countercurrent immunoelec-trophoresis methods.The results showed that crossreaction phenomena and antigenic similar-ities were commonly existed between different strains.All strains were classified into 4serotypes,which were bassically unanimous with the result of the easterase isoenzyme elec-trophoresis.
