癌症病人性系统障碍初探

Exploration on the sexual system dysfunction of cancer patients

本文对格拉伯尔的“性系统”概念作了回顾性论述,探讨了癌症病人性系统障碍的原因和表现,提出了对癌症病人性系统障碍评估的标准。癌症病人的性康复是癌症病人心身全面康复、提高生活质量的重要环节,但是康复方式应根据病人情况而有所不同。

This article reviewed and commented on the concept of ＂sexual system＂ proposed by Grabel. The causes and manifestations of sexual system dysfunction were explored among cancer patients and the evaluation criteria for their dysfunction were proposed. It is concluded that the sexual rehabilitation of cancer patients is critical for their overall rehabilitation and the improvement of their life quality. The means of rehabilitation varies among different patients.
