浅议成人高等教育考试法制化建设

On Construction of Legalization of Adult Higher Education Examination

成人高等教育考试制度在管理层面上,长期以来以行政管理为主,以传统的管理方式为主,这与现代教育管理的法制化趋势相比,存在着较大差异和不足。应当说,成人高等教育考试特别是自学考试是我国近二十多年教育发展中的一个新生事物,然而对它的理论研究一直被忽视,其管理方式有待于进一步完善。

There is great difference and weakness in adult higher education examination sestem,comparing with the trend of legalizatin of modern education managements, ten methods of administrative and traditional management play an important role in the management of adult higher education examination system. It can be said that abult higer education examination system,especially self-study examination system,is a new one of education development in recent twenty years in our country, but the study of its theory is neglected all the time,and its management methods need further improvement.
