紫外辐射对球孢白僵菌的影响及适宜保护剂的选择 被引量:16

摘要 本研究考查了280~400nm范围的紫外光对球孢白僵菌分生孢子的影响。结果表明,孢子对280nm的紫外光极为敏感,照射6h后,杀伤率达到55.60%。在供试的Oxi-fe、W-ti和Bl-c三种紫外保护剂中,以Oxi-fe为最好,280nm下照射5h.孢子的萌发率同未经照射孢子无显著性差异。将Oxi-fe同白僵菌孢子分别以1:10、2:10和4:10的比例混和。280nm下照射5h,各处理间孢子的萌发率无显著性差异,4:10的比例同未经照射孢子的萌发率没有极显著性差异。 In the present paper,effect of UV-light of 280-400nm on conidia ofBeauveria bassiana was studied.The results showed that the most damaging UV wavelengthto the conidia was 280nm.After exposure to the light for 6 hours,the damage rate reached55.60%.After evaluation of protective effect of sunscreens,Oxi-fe,W-ti and Bl-c,mixed with the conidia at a ratio of 1:1(W/W),Oxi-fe was selected with germinationnot significantly different with not exposed cont rol to 280nm wavelength irradiation for 5hours.The gerrnination rates of conidia mixed with Oxi-fe at 1:10,2,10 and 4:10 re-spectively,were not significantly different under exposure to irradiation of 280nm UV lightfor 5 hours,but the rate at 4:10 extremely significantly different to not exposed control.
